95 OJK-Licensed Online Lenders as of September 2026

Before downloading an online loan app, make sure the platform is legal. As of September 2026, Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK) lists 95 fintech lending providers that are licensed and legally operating in the country.

The number can change because OJK routinely updates the list — licenses get revoked and new companies get registered. Always verify legality through OJK's official channels before applying for a loan.

Popular Licensed Lender Names

Well-known names licensed by OJK include Danamas, Amartha, Dompet Kilat, Modalku, Kredit Pintar, JULO, AdaKami, Indodana, Easycash, Kredivo, Akulaku, Finmas, and Akseleran.

There are also business-focused platforms such as KoinP2P, Investree, and Akseleran, plus sharia services like Alami, Dana Syariah, Ammana, and Duha Syariah. The full list of 95 companies is available on OJK's official website, since a platform's status can change at any time.

New Interest Cap and Collection Rules

OJK has set a new maximum interest rate for consumer online loans at 0.1 percent per day, or about 3 percent per month. Platforms such as Kredivo, AdaKami, Akulaku, Kredit Pintar, JULO, Indodana, Easycash, and Amartha have adjusted their rates accordingly.

The rule also emphasizes cost transparency and humane collection practices. Debt collectors are prohibited from intimidation, threats, or terrorizing borrowers' emergency contacts via WhatsApp.

How to Verify Legality and Spot Illegal Lenders

To confirm an online loan app is legal, check its name at www.ojk.go.id, call the OJK call center at 157, or message OJK's official WhatsApp at 081-157-157-157. Do not trust lists circulating on social media without re-verifying.

Watch for signs of illegal lenders: suspiciously easy processes with unclear terms, unreasonable interest, threats during collection, and misuse of contact access on your phone. Loans from illegal lenders are still recorded and can damage your credit score in SLIK OJK.

Borrow only what you need and can repay. Under POJK No. 10/POJK.05/2022, legal platforms must hold minimum capital of IDR 2.5 billion (registered) to IDR 10 billion (fully licensed) — a standard illegal lenders do not meet.
